In my continuous quest to streamline my operation, I am suspending updates to this blog.
Right now, announcements of my new writing and photos are added to my Facebook page, my Facebook Fan Page and my Twitter feed. That seems like enough of a timeline, so I'm not going to take the time to add each item to this blog as well.
I originally created this blog when it appeared that Facebook was deleting Wall entries more than a couple of months old. Now it appears that my Wall entries are still there, all the way back to when I joined Facebook.
Old wall entries on Facebook aren't easy to access (Right now, you can only scroll through them page-by-page.) but at least they are still available as an archive. Thus, the main reason for this blog is moot. I still don't know for sure whether Facebook will preserve my Wall forever, but right now I'm willing to take the chance.
I will probably leave this blog in place (but hidden from search engines). I could reactivate it later if it seems useful.
